🚀 Autop 2.0 Points System

How We Measure Performance:
Sales Volume → Client Value
Sales Quality → CC% & Customer Age

💰 Client Value:
Ongoing Sales Client Value = Retail × Average Lifetime (months) × (1 - Average Reject Rate)
Charity Client Value: Retail × 42 × (1 - 35%)
Lottery Client Value: Retail × 24 × (1 - 25%)

🎟 Once-Off Lottery client value: Retail × 1.5
Note: The 1.5 multiplier accounts for potential repeat purchases or conversions to ongoing sales.

📈 Quality Score (0-5 pts):

💳 CC% (0-2.5 pts): (CC% ÷ 35) × 2.5 (Linear scale: 0% CC = 0 pts, 35%+ CC = 2.5 pts max)

👴🏼Combined Customer Age (0-2.5 pts): Based on preferred age groups (Defaults to 1.8 if not tracked)
Retail Age Points:
35-55 years = You get max points (2.5)
25-34 or 56-65 years = 2.1 points
21-24 or 66-70 years = 1.75 points
Other ages = 1 point

🧮 Final Autop Points Formula:
The final points score is basically those two numbers combined. For the mathematicians out there who want to be precise, it's:
Autop points = (1 + (quality score * 3) / 8) * client value / 100

🎯 Why This?
We know there are more variables at play than what this formula covers. Our goal is to keep it as accurate as possible while also making it simple and actionable for everyone to follow and maximise. 🚀
